SHIPPING
Processing: Allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been processed, and another email once your order has shipped.
Shipping: All orders ship via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us. If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.
Approximate delivery times:
Canada : 3-5 business days.
USA: 8-10 business days.
International: 10-12 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns are handled on a case by case basis, please email us within 7 days of receiving order if you'd like to return an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we can only refund the cost of the item returned, not the original shipping cost. Once the item is received we will refund the purchase price as long as the item is still in a resellable condition and hasn't been washed or worn.
