Our online shop is not currently active. We update our physical shop stock every week. The best way to know when we've added new items is to follow us on Instagram, or sign up for our email list!

Please give us up to 2 days to get your order together, and then you will receiver a shipping notice. This notice lets you know that your order has been given to Canada Post.
You can expect these shipping times:
Canada - 1-5 days
USA - 5-14 days
International -10-20 days
Once we've comfirmed we've shipped it, it is out of our control. Shipping times can vary depending on your exact location and how busy your local area is. Please be patient, especially during COVID-19 times when things are a little more hectic and busy than normal.
If it's been longer than you think is normal, let us know and we will try our best to look into it and figure out what is up!

Online shop
Returns are handled on a case by case basis, please email us within 7 days of receiving order if you'd like to return an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we can only refund the cost of the item returned, not the original shipping cost. Once the item is received we will refund the purchase price as long as the item is still in a resellable condition and hasn't been washed or worn.

Vintage and sale items are final sale.
In-store
Returns for store credit are available within 30 days of purchase. Please retain your digital receipt. Store credit can be used at time of return or for a future purchase and does not expire. New product returns must be in resellable condition unless defective at original purchase. Vintage items returns must be in same condition they were purchased in.

Of course. Anything you see for sale on our Instagram or online shop can be available for curb-side pick up, or regular pick up. There is an option for this when you pick your shipping method on your order, and you won't be charged for shippping. You will receive a confirmation within a day that your order is ready for pick up.
You can pick up during our open store hours.
For curb-side pick up, please call us when you arrive at 306-737-5364 and we'll get your order out to you!

Most items are washed in a residential washer with low scent, organic washing detergent. Otherwise, we are very careful to sanitize all items with a steamer before putting them out on display in our shop, or packaging them for orders. Steaming is the best way to kill bacteria and get rid of dirt and odours, without ruining delicate fabrics. We want to keep your vintage items in the best condition!

Every item is unique and can fit very differently. Since they are pre-owned/pre-washed/pre-shrunk, the size the label says may not reflect the actual fit.
We try our best to show how items fit. If you have further question about fitting, or what to put an item on hold to come by the shop to try it on, please contact us!

Yes! If you have vintage items to sell, please contact us by email, phone or in-person. We offer cash or store credit - we generally do not consign items.
Offers for clothing are on a case by case basis
We prefer to purchase within the season
Leave your items with us at the store during open hours, and we will contact you once we have an offer
Any items not purchased can be picked up, or we will donate them
Payments can be made by cash or e-transfer
